It’s interesting how these Google+ features make a completely uncompelling social network but might make an interesting collaboration suite for the SME segment.
Afterall, how different is a Circle restricted to your organization from Tibco’s Tibbr or Salesforce’s Chatter?
Hangouts allow web meeting that are increasing part of everyday business and Google Talk already has IM, presence and phone integrations.
Still, when its all said and done, its hard to imagine that the SME market was Google’s master plan all along. Perhaps, more a place where they can get some value out of their most recent foray into social networking.
